Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: Starting at $21/hr

About the Role

We’re looking for a professional and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in fastpaced corporate environments. This role suits someone who communicates clearly, manages multiple priorities well, and maintains a polished, reliable presence.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • General administrative support, filing, data entry, and email management
  • Answering and transferring calls (multiline systems)
  • Calendar management and scheduling meetings/events/travel
  • Preparing agendas and taking/distributing meeting minutes
  • Setting up meeting rooms and coordinating logistics
  • Receiving, shipping, and distributing mail and packages
  • Assisting with invoicing and basic handson bookkeeping tasks

 

Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years in an administrative or corporate office role
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and phone systems
  • Experience with agendas, minutes, scheduling, and calendar management
  • Professional, polite, and presentable
  • Open to temp/casual/oncall assignments
  • Driving is highly desirable
  • Able to start immediately and attend interviews on short notice
