Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Reach Truck Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience operating electric forklifts and working in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric forklifts (primarily Raymond and Toyota), including:
  • Reach trucks
  • Clamp trucks
  • Order pickers
  • Walkies
• Perform cross-docking operations, transferring materials between inbound and outbound trucks
• Complete warehouse duties such as:
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Order picking
  • Inbound/outbound processing
• Use AMS warehouse management/scanning system for inventory tracking
• Safely move, stack, and organize materials (up to 40 ft)
• Assist with general labor tasks, including lifting heavy items when required
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse

Qualifications

• Multiple years of hands-on forklift experience (reach truck required)
• Experience with high stacking (up to 40 ft) preferred
• Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and order picking
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (AMS preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy items manually
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, move, and operate equipment for extended periods
