An Edmonton client is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team for a direct-hire opportunity. This fast-paced role requires a highly skilled individual who excels at multitasking, collaboration, and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders.

Manage confidential information with discretion.

Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including word processing, managing files, and transcription.

Prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Coordinate scheduling and meeting logistics.
-
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
-
Manage competing demands and prioritize tasks effectively.
-
Ensure smooth office operations, demonstrating excellent customer/client service.
Qualifications:
-
7+ years of experience in a senior clerical or executive assistant position.

Proven ability to interact with senior leaders and build strong relationships.

Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

High level of integrity, ethics, and trustworthiness.

Solution-focused, with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Proactive, with the ability to quickly assimilate new information.
Executive Assistant Hours & Compensation:

$55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
