            A downtown Edmonton client is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team. This role plays a key part in working with both candidates and clients and supporting the team. 
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate individual or department. 
 
- Answer incoming calls, promptly ascertain the nature of the call, and route it to the appropriate person or department. 
 
- Efficiently check and manage voicemails, ensuring that messages are relayed to the appropriate staff members and that all inquiries are responded to in a timely manner. 
 
- Update Q4 systems with associate or client contact information, revisions, and other relevant data. 
 
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring that it always remains presentable. 
 
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, coordinating with various departments as needed. 
 
- Putting away and organizing incoming office supplies (e.g. kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, office supplies – for any questions about where items go, please talk to Bre). 
 
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record keeping. 
 
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring that adequate stock levels are maintained to support business operations. 
 
- Handle inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders, providing basic information or directing them to the appropriate resource. 
 
- Perform any other tasks related to the reception area as assigned. 
 
Hours & Wage
- $20-$21/hour
 
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
