Job Full Description
An Edmonton client is seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Administrative Assistant Highlights:
- Provide reception and front-desk support
- Answer approximately 30–40 incoming calls per day and direct questions to the appropriate team members
- Assist members with questions regarding membership statements
- Look up and review member profiles as needed
- Review and follow up on equity checks
- Complete filing and general administrative duties
- Provide a professional, friendly, and customer-service-focused experience
- Support the team with additional administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the worksite
Hours & Wage:
- Full-time position
- $22/hour
- Monday–Friday
