Overview
We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in various maintenance and repair tasks within an industrial setting. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
• Fabricate components as needed to support machinery operations.
• Analyze schematics to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities.
• Perform welding tasks to repair or fabricate parts as necessary.
• Collaborate with other trades such as electricians to ensure comprehensive maintenance solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with industry standards.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various types of machinery.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics for effective problem-solving.
• Experience with CMMS for efficient maintenance tracking and reporting.
• Ability to fabricate parts and perform welding tasks as required.
• Familiarity with industrial electrical systems is a plus (Industrial electrician skills).
• Excellent analytical skills to assess equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Proficient in English for effective communication within the team and documentation purposes.
• Knowledge of boiler systems is advantageous for specific operational needs.
