Express Employment is currently looking for a Temporary Admin on behalf of our client, a prominent buisness in Lethbridge, AB.
This position is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent long-term employment. Responsibilities will be progressively increased if the position is to become a long-term position.
Job Duties:
- Answering phone and radio
- Checking people in/out
- Navigating softwares
- Directing any inquiries from employees to the appropriate personnel with assistance from the Project Manager
Qualities:
- Ability to work alone and independently
- Previous experience in customer service an asset
- Solid phone and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of general business, office terminology and computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
