Express Employment is hiring a Service Coordinator for our client in Lethrbidge, AB. , a retailer of modular homes, seeks a Service Coordinator to support the Service Manager. The ideal candidate combines exceptional people skills with strong technical understanding to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and smooth operations. They must be highly organized, comfortable with computers, and take pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate scheduling of home setups, service, contractors, and trucking. · Maintain the show home village’s appearance.
• Provide technical support to customers and sales and service staC as needed.
• Conduct customer walkthroughs.
• Researching, sourcing, procuring and receiving materials
• Various paperwork including housing registrations, warranty applications, service requests, purchase orders etc...
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
• Perform site checks to assess requirements for placing homes on customer lots.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional people skills, with an approachable, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong technical understanding of general construction or modular home setups
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with computers.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work with pride in customer service and technical accuracy.
• Clean driver’s license.
• Able to work full-time, Monday–Friday.
• Reliable, long-term candidate with varied experience.
