Our expanding Coquitlam client is looking for an Administrative Accounting Clerk to join their team. This is a full-time permanent role.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of office administrative experience and 2+ years of accounting support experience is mandatory
  • Advanced MS Word & Excel skills: Pivot tables & V-LookUps, online assessment will be conducted
  • Reference & background check will be conducted
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Excellent organization & time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills: written & verbal (you'll be communicating largely with both clients & drivers)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answering & directing phone calls, taking detailed messages
  • Supporting customers in their requests, with strong follow-up
  • A/R payments & invoicing
  • General office & housekeeping duties
