Our expanding Coquitlam client is looking for an Administrative Accounting Clerk to join their team. This is a full-time permanent role.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of office administrative experience and 2+ years of accounting support experience is mandatory
- Advanced MS Word & Excel skills: Pivot tables & V-LookUps, online assessment will be conducted
- Reference & background check will be conducted
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Excellent organization & time management skills
- Excellent communication skills: written & verbal (you'll be communicating largely with both clients & drivers)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering & directing phone calls, taking detailed messages
- Supporting customers in their requests, with strong follow-up
- A/R payments & invoicing
- General office & housekeeping duties
