Job Full Description
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator for a restoration company in Coquitlam! The successful candidate would be an eager individual that would join their team for this Full-Time & Permanent role.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of front desk/receptionist experience is required
- Fluency using MS Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone communication skills & professionalism
- References & BG check will be conducted upon further consideration of a candidate
Duties
- Greet & assist guests in-person and via phone
- Arrange couriers, inbox management
- Organizing incoming information such as photos & supply costs uses on jobs
- Some data entry tasks as required
