Job Full Description
We are currently recruiting for a Data Entry Clerk role. This is a full-time & temporary role in Coquitlam. This is a temporary role lasting 1-2 weeks.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of office administrative experience and/or data entry skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite & accurate typing, an assessment will be conducted
- Comfortable with calling clients to update their client file information
- Reference & background check will be conducted
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Excellent organization & time management skills
- Excellent communication skills: written & verbal
Duties:
- Assist with the new system changeover in data entry of information
- Contacting clients and inputting data to update files
- Answering incoming calls & inquiries
- General office & housekeeping duties
