Job Full Description
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated team player for an Inside Sales Representative role. This is a full-time & temporary role in Port Coquitlam.
This temporary role is set to end in October.
Requirements:
Duties:
- Process and manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, in person, mail, and showroom interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by anticipating needs and offering appropriate product solutions.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to address shipping errors, discrepancies, and delivery-related issues.
- Handle transactions including cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Prepare freight claim paperwork and arrange credits or reshipments for damaged products.
- Support the outside sales team by maintaining internal processes and communication flow.
- Collaborate with internal departments like Marketing, Pricing, and Accounting on customer and pricing issues.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with part selection and installation inquiries.
- Participate in trade shows and perform additional tasks as directed by the Branch Manager.
