Job Full Description
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator role in a growing mechanical company in Port Coquitlam. This is a full-time & permanent role.
The candidate considered, must have excellent communication skills: written & verbal as you will be communicating with both clients, customers & internal employees.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of administrative assistant & customer service experience
- Previous experience within a mechanical/HVAC/construction company would be a strong asset
- Must have excellent communication skills: written & verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, calm & open demeanor to assist customers
- Capable of working through high-volume periods
Duties:
- Create jobs and assign technicians within the JONAS system
- Create estimates, add repair scope details
- Outbound calling to customers: inclusive of cold-calling as required
- Following up to ensure if a follow-up/return visit is required to be scheduled
- Correspond with customers & internal technicians ensuring their needs are met
- Prepare & assist in sending personalized thank-you cards to clients
- Provide support & assistance to technicians on jobsites
- Maintain composure & handle time sensitive matters with the utmost professionalism
- Work closely with a diverse team & client base
