Job Full Description
We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for an HVAC contractor in Port Coquitlam. This role is Part-Time (20-24hrs a week) with the possibility to go into a Full-Time role.
This position is a new role and primarily will support the Office Manager with an ASAP start for the right candidate!
Requirements:
- 2+ years of administrative assistant role experience
- Proficient with MS Suite and QuickBooks
- Must have excellent communication skills: written & verbal
- Strong attention to detail & a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills & strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated
Duties:
- Accurate data entry of technician reports to the portal
- Adding credit card expenses into QuickBooks
- Assist the Office Manager in administrative support
