We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for an HVAC contractor in Port Coquitlam. This role is Part-Time (20-24hrs a week) with the possibility to go into a Full-Time role.

This position is a new role and primarily will support the Office Manager with an ASAP start for the right candidate!

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative assistant role experience
  • Proficient with MS Suite and QuickBooks
  • Must have excellent communication skills: written & verbal
  • Strong attention to detail & a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills & strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated

Duties:

  • Accurate data entry of technician reports to the portal
  • Adding credit card expenses into QuickBooks
  • Assist the Office Manager in administrative support
