Job Full Description
We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Accounting Clerk role in Coquitlam. This is a part-time & temporary role for a law firm. This role heavily supports the Finance Department in administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of accounting clerk or administrative experience
- Proficient with MS Suite
- Must have excellent communication skills: written & verbal
- Previous experience within a law firm is a strong asset, but not required
- Excellent organizational skills & exceptional attention to detail
Duties:
- Data entry of expenses
- Reconciliation preparation of credit card expenses - organizing receipts
- Organizing & filing files
- Scanning of receipts & e-filing
