Job Full Description
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative role in Coquitlam. This is a full-time & permanent role joining an industrial material distributor for Western Canada.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of customer service/inside sales experience
- Experience in paint and/or hardware material environments
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite: Excel
- Excellent data-entry skills
- Upbeat & positive attitude towards ongoing improvements & changes
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- References & BG check will be conducted upon further consideration of a candidates
Duties:
- Assist clients in their needs and providing knowledgeable information on material solutions
- Review/maintain order points for inventory stock levels
- High volume of inventory data entry with high accuracy (5000+ inventory items)
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of materials to meet operational requirements
- Update prices & material data when required
- Monitor price increases & communicate changes
- Provide support for inventory & freight functions when required
