Job Full Description
We are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join a healthcare support office! The ideal candidate is motivated & results-driven with excellent communication skills.
This role is a Full-Time & Permanent role in West Cloverdale South area - close to the Elements Casino in Surrey.
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of inside sales and/or inside sales support experience
- Experience within the medical equipment sector is highly desired, but not required
- Proven ability to hit activity & pipeline targets
- Strong fluency with CRM systems & sales outreach tools
- Excellent communication skills: written & verbal
- High-organized, proactive & results-driven
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prospect via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
- Handle inbound inquiries & perform initial needs discovery
- Schedule demos & meetings for account executives
- Maintain accurate CRM records & pipeline updates
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-up sequences
- Track & report daily/weekly metrics (calls, meetings booked, opportunities created)
- Collaborate with marketing, field sales, and customer success teams
- Provide administrative support (contracts, order processing, reporting)
