Job Full Description
We are recruiting for a large & growing client in Port Coquitlam! This role is a Full-Time & Permanent role as an HVAC Project Coordinator.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Project Coordinating experience
- Degree or diploma is an asset
- Excellent communication skills: written & verbal
- Fluent within the HVAC industry
- Advanced computer skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments
- Employment References & a Triton Background check will be conducted upon further consideration of a candidate
Duties:
- Serve as the primary customer contact following sales handoff, ensuring a smooth transition into the project phase.
- Provide proactive customer updates at all key project milestones to maintain transparency and satisfaction.
- Maintain accountability with manufacturers regarding deliverables, timelines, and product issues.
- Address and resolve critical installation-phase issues in collaboration with customers, the sales team, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate sub-contractor scheduling, startup activities, and service requirements on job sites.
- Manage freight logistics, including cost control, delivery timing, and compliance with site-specific requirements.
- Oversee all warranty claims, including documentation, assessment, communication, and negotiation with manufacturers or vendors.
- Continuously expand knowledge of all products to support accurate project execution and customer communication.
