Job Full Description
We are seeking an experienced Order Desk Associate to join an established company in Port Coquitlam. This is a full-time and permanent opportunity, well suited to a customer-focused professional with B2B order processing experience within the medical equipment, wholesale, or commercial supply industry.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in an order desk, customer service, or inside sales role within a B2B wholesale or commercial environment (medical equipment experience is a strong asset)
- Proven experience working with Sage 50 (SAG 50) and ERP-based order processing systems (experience with in-house ERP systems preferred)
- Strong B2B customer service experience, supporting wholesale and commercial clients
- High level of technical proficiency, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for email and phone-based customer interactions
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment
- Reflects longevity in previous employment tenures
- References and a background screening will be conducted for candidates moving forward in consideration
Role Responsibilities:
- Intake of customer orders via email and phone from B2B wholesale and commercial clients
- Verify product availability, pricing, customer eligibility, and account status prior to order processing
- Accurately process and manage orders using Sage 50 and the company’s in-house ERP system
- Provide customer service support related to orders, including order status, changes, backorders, and delivery inquiries
- Liaise closely with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Accounting departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
- Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order records within the system
- Assist with quotations, order adjustments, returns, and issue resolution
