We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Billing Auditor to join an established organization based in Coquitlam. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a large logistics and transportation company.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of invoicing or accounting experience within the transportation/freight industry
- Proven experience working with freight invoicing and auditing processes
- Proficiency using the TruckMate platform is required
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience working in a Mac OS environment
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus
- Ability to thrive in a calm, structured office setting
- Professional and approachable demeanor
- References and a background screening will be conducted for candidates moving forward in consideration
Role Responsibilities:
- Review and approve freight invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Audit invoices against Bills of Lading (BOLs) and supporting documentation
- Handle customer service inquiries via phone, providing timely and professional responses to client questions
- Collaborate with internal departments including operations, dispatch, and accounting teams
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all invoice discrepancies are resolved promptly
- After 3–4 weeks of training, provide rate quotes to clients based on shipment requirements
- Support daily invoicing volumes in a high-volume freight environment
