Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and replace roofing systems including shingles, metal, TPO, EPDM, and flat roofs.

• Inspect problem roofs to determine the best repair procedures.

• Measure, cut, and fit roofing materials to specifications.

• Apply waterproofing materials such as membranes, coatings, or tar.

• Ensure proper sealing and flashing around chimneys, vents, and edges.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment properly.

• Maintain clean and safe work areas, following all safety protocols.

• Work collaboratively with other crew members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of roofing experience (commercial or residential).

• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

• Strong understanding of roofing materials and installation methods.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and fall protection standards.

• Red Seal or trade certification (an asset but not mandatory).
