Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Site Assistant / Driver Coordinator to join our landscaping team. The main responsibility will be to direct truck drivers on site, communicate using a walkie-talkie, and assist with other site tasks as needed. This is an active outdoor role requiring good communication skills, awareness, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:

Direct and guide truck drivers for safe and efficient dumping, loading, and movement on site.

Communicate with team members using walkie-talkies or radios.

Coordinate with equipment operators and crew leaders to maintain site flow.

Help with general labour when required (e.g., site cleanup, moving materials, assisting crew).

Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards to the supervisor.

Maintain professionalism and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in landscaping, construction, or site coordination is an asset.

Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Comfortable using walkie-talkies or two-way radios.

Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Physically fit and reliable with a positive attitude.
