Duties-
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the counter/inside sales role is responsible for answering and directing calls to the right person. Whether on-line, on the phone or in person, you will assist customers, contractors, and other branches in selecting the right product for the jobs.
ALL CANDIADATES MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR IN PERSON INTERVIEWS.
What we are looking for:
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of experience
- At least 2 years in a customer service role in the construction or roofing materials industries
- Good basic math skills
- Computer literate, we can train in our system
- Clear printing/writing is required for some invoices
- Reliability and a strong desire to learn and grow in the role
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Conflict management skills are an asset.
- Good under pressure
- Cash handling/reconciling experience
