Express Employment Professionals is proud to partner with a leading supplier of medical equipment to recruit a Sales Support Representative for their growing team in Moncton, NB. Our client is recognized for their commitment to improving patient care through innovative products and outstanding customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting a busy sales team, building relationships, and ensuring customers have an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a cheerful and professional attitude while answering inbound calls and assisting customers or supporting the sales team
- Communicate clearly with internal departments, manufacturers, and purchasing staff to coordinate information and resolve issues
- Prepare and process orders and quotes from customers and occupational therapists
- Review pending orders and customer requests to ensure accuracy and excellent service
- Manage pick tickets and packing lists for delivery orders handled by sales staff
- Enter data accurately into the system and track orders through to approval and conversion
- Track demonstration and evaluation equipment to ensure it’s available and properly documented
- Provide timely product information, pricing, and availability updates as needed
- Support the sales team with general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales support or customer-facing role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to quickly learn other software systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
