Job Full Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to efficiently move, locate, and transport products within the warehouse. This role is crucial for maintaining an organized and productive environment while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
This is a rotating shift- 1 week of days - 1 week of afternoons and 1 week of night
**Must have minimum 5 years experience operating counterbalance, Raymond reach and crown reach**

Duties
- Operate forklifts, Raymond reach, crown reach and counter balance throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload goods from trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Perform order picking tasks accurately and efficiently using a warehouse management system.
- Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and updates in the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to promote a safe working environment.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar role within a warehouse distribution setting is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by job duties.
- Basic math skills are necessary for accurate order picking and inventory management.
- Familiarity with clamp trucks, order pickers, and general warehouse operations will be beneficial.
- Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
