As an Inside Sales Representative your primary responsibilities will involve engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product solutions to meet those needs. By effectively communicating product features and benefits, you will contribute to achieving sales targets and building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize effective sales techniques to influence customer purchasing decisions.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Assist in arranging and displaying products in an attractive and organized manner.
- Maintain visual standards and ensure the store is clean and well-maintained.
- Stay up to date with product features, benefits, and usage guidelines.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in sales & negotiation
- CRM and Tech proficiency
- Customer focused, great communication skills and analytical thinking
