Job Full Description
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in various welding techniques. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
This role is not currently open to students or those who are looking for temporary roles
Qualifications
- 3+ Years of welding Experience with a Valid Reference from a past employer

Responsibilities
- Utilize various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, to assemble metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
- Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment
- Conduct plasma cutting for precise cuts on metal materials.
- Set up and operate press brake machines for bending metal sheets as needed.
- Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- CWB Tickets are required
- Proven experience as a Welder or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
- Familiarity with various welding processes and techniques.
- Experience operating power tools, hand tools, and machining equipment.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to welding tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
