This role is an in-office role in our office in Burlington, ON.

Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Salary - Negotiable based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and target prospective engineering-focused companies and decision makers.
  • Conduct outbound business development calls daily and meet 2–3 clients weekly (virtual or in-person).
  • Build and maintain long-term client partnerships by understanding their culture, technical needs, and hiring goals.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, and interview top engineering candidates using multiple platforms, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct candidate calls daily and interviews weekly.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent for client opportunities.
  • Match candidates with positions quickly and effectively, ensuring accuracy and fit.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in sales, recruiting, or business development, preferably within engineering or technical staffing.
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills — excellent at questioning, listening, and influencing.
  • Must have a minimum of 2+ years experience in sales and recruitment
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and able to work effectively under pressure.
