About the Role:
We are currently hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) on behalf of one of our valued clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled communicator who is passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences. You’ll act as the first point of contact, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both French and English
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, billing, and technical issues
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate when necessary
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
- Document all interactions clearly and thoroughly in the system
- Meet performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction, and call handling time
Requirements:
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
