We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic client in the Burlington area. The ideal candidate will have 3+ Years of experience, with strong customs and Excel experience.

Duties
- Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Communicate with suppliers, freight carriers, and internal teams to optimize logistics operations.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Track shipments and proactively address any delays or issues.
- Analyze logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics processes.
- Support the sales team by improving freight services and overall customer satisfaction.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of shipping procedures, freight coordination, and customs clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics software.
