We are seeking a skilled counterbalance Forklift Operator with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to join our fast-growing team. If you’re safety-driven, reliable, and comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse or production environment, we’d love to hear from you!
At least 2 years of proven forklift operating experience - with two references
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Maintain organized and efficient inventory flow
- Conduct daily equipment inspections
- Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- This role will be 50% forklift / 50% general labor
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven forklift operating experience - with a reference
- Valid external forklift license
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual work habits
