We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Duties
- Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of equipment and work areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed, adhering to safety standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions as needed.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus, but not mandatory.
