We are currently hiring Production Associates to join our client's team in Burlington/Oakville.
This is a full-time opportunity in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for positive, energetic, and highly motivated individuals who work well in a team environment and are comfortable with physically demanding work.
Responsibilities
- Perform picking, packaging, and general production tasks
- Handle and organize materials efficiently
- Assist with inventory and warehouse activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced recycling environment.
- Frequent bending, squatting, and lifting.
- Ability to carry, push, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions, including temperature changes, noise, and dust.
- Continuous use of hands and wrists for sorting and handling materials.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, recycling, or general labor experience is an asset.
- Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable performing physically demanding and repetitive tasks
- Ability to read and write English
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to read and write English.
