Job Full Description
Location – Cambridge
As the Outside Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting a comprehensive range of innovative caster products that enhance equipment performance and serviceability. You will spend four days a week on the ground meeting clients and prospects, with one day dedicated to administrative tasks and reporting on your weekly progress.
Commission Structure: 100% commission on paid sales
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish a strong market presence across SW Ontario by promoting and selling a wide range of advanced caster products.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify and pursue new customer opportunities, building long-term business relationships.
• Engage in active prospecting and client visits four days a week, with one day reserved for entering data and providing weekly updates.
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in Outside Sales with a proven track record of building a client base and achieving sales targets.
• Experience working with distribution centers and dealers, particularly in industrial, institutional, or healthcare sectors.
• Background knowledge or experience in casters or related products is an asset.
• Thorough understanding of the Ontario market and its various regions.
• Bilingualism is considered an asset.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel frequently within the province.
Training:
• Comprehensive training will be provided, possibly one week in Montreal, to ensure you are fully equipped to succeed in this role.
