Job Full Description

Key Responsibilities

Review monthly PPV analysis. Analyze those standard costs that are more than five

percent above standard price and determine root cause for price increase.

Assist in calculating Prime Cost for new and existing SKU’s. Analyze and understand

the difference between Gross Margin and Contribution dollars per shift and the

impact both have when determining customer price points.

Prepare monthly Gross Margin analysis. Investigate margins that are below

predetermined company acceptable margin position IE. 26%

Attend weekly ERP ticket sessions. Identify inefficiencies that arise ERP

system that can have a negative impact on the company’s financial statements.

Lead monthly “slow moving Inventory” meetings and drive the “push though” of

inputs that are at risk of IE. Expiring

Manage monthly SO review session, identifying root cause for SO’s not fulfilled

within the trialing period.

Review monthly “additional freight charge” analysis. Determine root cause for

additional freight expense incurred for inputs with freight built into their “standard

cost.”

Monthly Analysis of Freight-In Charges vs. Material cost

Inventory Turnover

Analyze Yearly Target Costs compared to Current Std to see which Items to reach

out to supply chain for reduced pricing

Period Efficiencies’ and Conversion’s Financial Cost Impact

Calculate Cost of Items Deems for UPAK through Quality

Complete Component Costing sheets required by customers

Create reports based on ERP data

Perform other assigned duties.

Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.

Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Food Defense

guidelines.

Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
