Key Responsibilities

 

Lead Conversion & Growth

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—to convert leads into loyal customers.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across key industrial sectors.

Strategic Account Management

  • Develop and execute customized growth plans for key accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored fastener solutions and exceptional service.

Tech-Driven Sales Execution

  • Utilize CRM, ERP systems, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage leads, forecast accurately, and optimize outreach.
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs to refine strategy and drive pipeline progress.

Market & Competitive Insight

  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics to ensure Absolute Stainless maintains its competitive edge.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of B2B outside sales experience in industrial distribution, fasteners, MRO, or manufacturing consumables.
  • Proven track record of managing a $5M+ revenue portfolio.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiar with CRM and sales automation tools; data-driven sales approach.
  • Bilingual (English/French) a strong asset for occasional engagement with Quebec-based clients.
