Job Full Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated D365 Application Specialist to join our IT team. This role will be responsible for the administration, customization, integration, and ongoing development of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms — specifically D365 Sales (CRM) and D365 Business Central (ERP).
The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with business understanding to ensure our D365 platforms are optimized, seamlessly integrated, and aligned with organizational goals. You will play a hands-on role in system ownership while collaborating with business stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Platform Administration o Manage day-to-day operations of D365 Sales and Business Central.
· Oversee security roles, user management, licensing, and compliance.
· Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.
Customization & Development
· Configure and customize D365 to align with evolving business processes.
· Build and maintain workflows, business rules, Power Automate flows, and plugins.
· Develop customizations and extensions where required.
Integrations & Data Management
· Design and maintain integrations between D365 and other platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure services, third-party applications, and internal systems).
· Support API-driven integrations and data pipelines.
· Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across connected systems.
Support & Enablement
· Provide Tier 2/3 support for CRM and ERP users.
· Deliver training, documentation, and technical guidance to stakeholders.
· Partner with external vendors and Microsoft support as needed.
Strategy & Continuous Improvement
· Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements and translate into scalable technical solutions.
· Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve processes.
· Stay current with Microsoft’s D365 and Power Platform roadmap, proposing enhancements.
Qualifications
• Proven experience with D365 Sales/CRM and D365 Business Central.
• Strong technical expertise in customization, workflows, plugins, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
• Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, SQL, and Azure services.
• Background in application administration and system development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to design end-to-end solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders.
