Job Full Description
In this position, you will need to have experience in designing large machine control panels, developing servo motion control systems and PLC machine control logic on industrial automation equipment and machinery.
Job Responsibilities:
- - Develop / modify detailed electrical design schematics using AutoCAD Electrical
- Co-ordinate the development of new projects with project manager and mechanical design team
- Programming and implementing PLC’s, HMI's and servo motion controllers
- On-site commissioning and start-up of new equipment
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation including support manuals
- Provide technical support
- Work with wiring technicians to help de-bug during commissioning

Enjoys technology and continuously explore new possibilities
- Enjoys both working in office environment as well as factory floor
- Possess excellent troubleshooting skills and enjoy challenging situations
- Has experience with Bosch Rexroth I/O, PLC's and servo systems
- Has experience with high power applications (460 v - 3 phase)
- Has a minimum of 10 years of experience working in this field
- Willing to occasionally travel to customer production sites
- Has experience preparing Bills of Material (BOMs) for all electrical components used in each project
