About the Role
Are you a people person who loves helping others? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our hybrid team and provide exceptional support to students and education partners. In this role, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that guides students through important application processes — helping them every step of the way toward achieving their educational goals.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound calls and live chats from students, applicants, and education partners
- Support other client inquiries and conduct outbound follow-up calls as needed
- Assist applicants with:
- Transcript requests
- Offer confirmations
- Submitting applications by phone
- Password resets and payment processing
- Review applications to ensure all requirements are complete
- Escalate complex inquiries to supervisors when needed
- Deliver exceptional service through active listening, empathy, and a positive attitude

Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment is an asset
- Proficient in computer applications and data entry
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
- Strong verbal and written English skills
