Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of 6–7 employees. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can lead by example, and is comfortable balancing warehouse supervision with delivery responsibilities when needed.
The successful candidate will have strong warehouse experience, leadership abilities, and experience operating a 5-ton truck.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of 6–7 warehouse staff
Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment
Operate a 5-ton delivery truck as required
Ensure workplace safety procedures are followed
Maintain organization and cleanliness within the warehouse
Utilize SAP Business One software for warehouse and inventory functions
Support management with operational needs and scheduling flexibility
Qualifications
Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Lead Hand role
Extensive warehouse experience required
Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract
Must be 25 years of age or older for insurance purposes
Experience operating a 5-ton truck and completing deliveries
Experience using SAP Business One is required
Strong communication and leadership skills
Reliable, stable work history with a hands-on attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
