Job Title:  Service Administrator

Reports to: Service Supervisor

Location: Mississauga, Canada

Job Type: Full time (Temp to Perm)

Work Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (40hours shift)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process installation and retrofit claims promptly.
  • Coordinate and dispatch work orders for installation, maintenance, and retrofit activities.
  • Manage key account programs, including reviewing maintenance plans and completing RSP (Remote Service Provider) follow-ups.
  • Maintain an up-to-date dispatch dashboard for monitoring work orders in new status.
  • Handle RSP account management, including creating, and updating documents.
  • Process parts orders, manage back orders, and handle returns.
  • Assist with accounts payable department to follow-up for RSPs and Key Accounts.
  • Organize and lead RSP webinars and manage training logistics and registrations.
  • Provide parts search support to RSPs.
  • Generate and distribute recovery files to RSPs.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years professional experience in an service administrative related role.
  • Proficient in SAP, Salesforce, and Excel
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer-service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
