A leading company is looking for Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative for their Mississauga location. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The role involves a combination of sales, customer service, and some clerical and administrative work. Applicants must be bilingual.
Preferred Skills:
- Communication skills – phone and email etiquette
- Analytical and decision making
Regular Duties Include:
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
- Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues
- Monitor progress of delivery routes
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Job Details:
- Start date: Immediate
- Shift/Work Hours: 1) Fri – Tues - 8am – 5.30pm, 2) Fri – Tues – 10.30 – 8pm
- Wage will be commensurate with experience
What are the four most critical responsibilities for this position?
- Maintain phone communication between external customers and contracted drivers/couriers
- Assist contracted drivers with delivery issues
- Resolve any customer issues, complaints and answer questions
- Monitoring progress of delivery routes
- Customer billing and data entry tasks
