Job Title: G Delivery Driver & Spot Sales Representative
Location: Mississauga
Employment Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire)
Reports To: Delivery Supervisor / Sales Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable G Delivery Driver & Spot Sales Representative to join our client's team. This dual-role position is responsible for safely delivering products to customers, while also identifying and executing spot sales opportunities to boost revenue. The ideal candidate has strong driving skills, excellent customer service, and a keen eye for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Duties:

Load, transport, and deliver goods to customers in a safe and timely manner.

Ensure delivery documentation (invoices, PODs, etc.) is accurate and complete.

Inspect vehicle before and after trips; report maintenance issues promptly.

Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of the delivery vehicle.

Follow route schedules and company delivery standards.
Spot Sales Duties:

Identify and seize opportunities to increase product sales at delivery locations.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote repeat sales.

Communicate new products, promotions, or pricing to customers during visits.

Track sales performance and report results to management.

Collect payments as needed and maintain accurate transaction records.
Qualifications:

Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record.

Prior experience in delivery driving or field sales preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Working Conditions:

Must be comfortable driving for extended periods.
