Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative & Marketing Assistant to join our clients team on a part-time basis starting in September. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in administration and marketing within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Update and maintain customer Excel sheets with product information

Assist in updating our product catalogue

Support the monthly specials catalogue by coordinating content updates

Provide marketing support materials to our sales team (e.g., flyers, product sheets)

Review and assist in summarizing sales reports

General administrative support as needed
Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

Interest in marketing and administrative processes

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to learn and take initiative
Preferred (but not required):

Previous internship or coursework in marketing, business, or administration

Experience with Canva, Adobe, or other marketing tools
