Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative & Marketing Assistant to join our clients team on a part-time basis starting in September. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in administration and marketing within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain customer Excel sheets with product information

  • Assist in updating our product catalogue

  • Support the monthly specials catalogue by coordinating content updates

  • Provide marketing support materials to our sales team (e.g., flyers, product sheets)

  • Review and assist in summarizing sales reports

  • General administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Interest in marketing and administrative processes

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to learn and take initiative

Preferred (but not required):

  • Previous internship or coursework in marketing, business, or administration

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe, or other marketing tools
