Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Location: Mississauga
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Bonus: $40 weekly bonus for perfect attendance and planned, pre-approved time off
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm (Opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and attendance)
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical parts, components, or products using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment

Perform basic wiring assembly tasks as required

Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, or technical drawings

Perform quality checks on assembled parts to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Report any defects or issues to the supervisor promptly

Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production deadlines
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field preferred

Basic wiring assembly experience required

HVAC knowledge or related experience is considered a strong asset

Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings or instructions

Good manual dexterity and attention to detail

Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to [insert weight, e.g., 30 lbs]

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Schedule & Attendance Bonus:
- Regular Schedule: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (Mon- Fri)
- Weekly Bonus: Earn an extra $40/week for maintaining full attendance and providing advance notice for any planned time off
