Job Title: TIG Welder

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and certified TIG Welder with proven experience working specifically with stainless steel. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds based on technical drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities:

Perform precision TIG welding on stainless steel components and assemblies

Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings

Set up and operate TIG welding equipment according to specifications

Inspect welds for quality and accuracy; perform rework as needed

Ensure adherence to safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of TIG welding experience on stainless steel is required

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, consistent welds

Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently

Familiarity with industry-standard safety protocols

Welding certification required.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with thin-gauge stainless steel welding

Ability to weld in multiple positions (flat, vertical, overhead)
