Catering Event Associate
Location: Near Meadowpine Blvd and Meadowvale Blvd.
Dates: Nov 10th to Nov 14th and Nov 17th to Nov 20th
Timing: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and energetic Event Associate to assist during an upcoming event for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and ready to handle a variety of on-site tasks to ensure smooth event operations.
Key Responsibilities

- Setting up and refreshing food/beverage stations
- Cleaning and clearing tables
- Running dishes to the kitchen and assisting with cleanup
- Sanitizing surfaces and kitchen area during and after service
- Assisting with general tidy-up and event reset
- Additional event-related support as needed or non-event-related support
- They are going to help with set up and take down before and after the event
Requirements

Must be available for all event dates listed.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.

Previous event, hospitality, or catering experience is a plus.

Maintain professional appearance and good hygiene

Be able to lift up to 25 lbs – 30 lbs

Be comfortable emptying garbage bins and replacing liners

Be able to load and unload a dishwasher

Practice proper handwashing and food safety
- Hold a Food Handler or Smart Serve certification (preferred)
