Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French)
Job Type: Contract (18-month maternity leave coverage)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service and support across the organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication and accurate order management.
Key Responsibilities
- Process work orders based on customer specifications while maintaining clear and consistent communication with sales and production teams.
- Gather, verify, and organize all required information to prepare accurate quotes in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the routing of artwork, copy, digital files, and print materials to appropriate departments, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met.
- Accurately enter and manage job data in SAP and related systems, maintaining a high level of data integrity.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Monitor and follow up on orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
- Resolve inquiries from customers, sales teams, and production staff efficiently while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the printing or label industry.
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written), with strong professional communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with SAP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- This is an active job with one of our clients and is a temporary contract role covering an 18-month maternity leave.
