Job Full Description
Our client, a manufacturer in Mississauga is looking for a Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative to join their organization on a permanent basis. If you have B2B customer service, fluent in French and English and looking for a great organization to join, we have the role for you.

- Onsite Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and process all customer orders received via email. EDI and phone
- Support customers with any inquiries, order status, promotions, pricing and transportation updates
- Work with other departments to ensure orders are getting fulfilled
- Investigate and troubleshoot any customer issues
- Customer set up in the ERP system
- Other client support duties required by management
Qualifications:
- 3 years of customer service experience in a B2B environment
- Fluent in French and English (Written, Spoke and Reading)
- Strong MS Office and ERP skills
- 3+ years of experience working in the Quebec market
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days/week
