What You’ll Do:

File Digitization: Organize and convert physical employee files into digital records with accuracy and confidentiality.

HR Administration: Support the HR department with basic administrative tasks and maintain well-organized documentation.

Process Improvement: Contribute to streamlining document handling and support the transition to digital systems.

Team Support: Collaborate with the HR team and gain exposure to key HR functions and best practices.

Data Management: Ensure electronic files are accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards.
